Based on the existing technical knowledge and support from the Malrex records we can offer Brewhouse equipment from various sizes starting from a 1 barrel up to 50+ Barrels. We can offer standard designs or we can support you with a bespoke brewing system design to your needs. These can be from fully manual or fully automatic. CIP Sets
Building on the existing Malrex designs and experience from Delstron projects we can offer basic mobile CIP skids which can be moved and used on your current equipment, or we can provide the design and installation of a fully Automatic 3 Stage CIP set. We can offer a review of your current system and cater the system to suit your equipment
Cask Washer
The automatic cask washing machine comprises of a stainless steel chassis housing, a recycled water tank, hot detergent tank and final hot water rinse tank. The hot detergent and hot water rinse tanks contain a high performance heating element controlled from an electronic temperature controller / display. The high pressure rotating wash nozzles are supplied via a centrifugal pump with provides a fully adjustable cleaning programme

We know that there are many Malrex breweries and equipment throughout the UK, we now have the information and support from the previous team to support you with any spares, repairs and servicing of your existing equipment. We can also assist with you if you require any further equipment to expand your capacity
